The assignment of the bachelor’s thesis is a design of a new production building for the production of wine and sparkling wine. Within the framework of this bachelor’s thesis the elaboration of the project documentation for the building permit and for the detail design documentation, using architectural software, was requested. This project has already been done in the form of a study in the second year during the winter term as a part of the subject AG32 (Studio of Architectural Design III. – production buildings), followed by the subject AG028 (Detail in Architecture II.). Also one of the parts of this project has also been elaborated in the subject AG06 (Complex Project) which the bachelor’s thesis follows. The purpose of the developed study was to solve the correct functional and operational scheme and also to provide an aesthetical and a representative aspect on which the construction documentation is being elaborated. The site with the property is located in a city Kobyli na Morave in the South Moravian Region, district Breclav. The site is currently undeveloped and covered with natural greenery. The proposed property has three floors and each of them is divided into three functional units – production, representative and accomodation one. The site’s terrain is quite sloped which helped with embedding the production unit under it – this unit is located on the lowest floor and this helps for the object to fit into the surrounding and leads to the impression that it has a similar size and form as other buildings in the city. As it was already mentioned before the production is underneath the terrain’s level. On the following floor a winery, degustation, a terrace, an office and a wheelchair accesible accomodation are located. And on the last floor there is space for accomodation. The building’s greenery has also been designed – some trees, shrubs, ornamental flowers and an orchard with a set of varietes of wine.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new construction of the winery SEKT Petrák in Kobylí. The work is based on a previously developed study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Design II. The proposed construction is located in the village Kobylí in Moravia in the district of Břeclav. The building is on a slightly sloping land near the main road that leads from Kyjov to Velké Pavlovice. Construction of the winery consists of one building with two floors and an attic. One floor is partially embedded in the slope and the second floor is above ground. In the basement there is a sparkling wine production, utility rooms, warehouses and a parking space. On the ground floor there is a wine shop, wine tasting, administration and accommodation for 12 people. It is considered to build an apartment for winemakers in the attic, but is not the solution of this thesis. The construction system is combined. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slab and the whole building is reinforced with concrete rims. The whole construction is based on concrete strips on which a concrete slab reinforced with curry mesh is placed. The vertical constructions are made of ceramic cut blocks POROTHERM and the lower floor is made of concrete shuttering BEST, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene. The roof of the building consists of three intersecting, saddle roofs and a flat single-roof, which is drained by downspouts. Downspouts from pitched roofs are hidden in fake constructions that consist of wooden beams and OSB boards. The building has wooden elements in acacia wood that shields the building.
